The first way to raise your vibration when you are depressed is by clearing your space.

The space that you are in right now, whether it is a room or an office has a vibration that can be raised or lowered.

If the space you’re in has a negative vibe, then you will feel more negative and depressed while you are in it.

If the space is dirty, crowded, and cluttered, then it’s going to have heavy energy that will bring down your own vibration.

The solution, clean up the space around you!

Get rid of any clutter that is in your room or office and do some cleaning as well. It may even help

Crystals are a great way to raise your vibration. There are many crystals that will help you lift your vibration when you are feeling low.

One of the most important things that you can do to raise your vibration quickly when depressed is to eat healthily.

If you eat foods that are healthy for you, then this will increase your energy levels rapidly.

Some people have reported feeling better within hours after eating a healthy meal or food choice!

So make sure that you consciously make a choice every day to eat healthily as this will help you to raise your vibration fast!

 

Practice Gratitude And Kindness.

This is a great way to raise your vibration by Practicing gratitude and kindness.

When you are feeling depressed, it’s easy to be focused on the negative. You may feel unworthy or undeserving of happiness. This can cause your vibration to drop even lower.

I believe that every person who feels depressed should get outside at least once a day and enjoy some fresh air and natural sunlight.

A walk in the park or by the ocean is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind.

On days when I am feeling less motivated, I will often go to eat lunch by the river and watch the ducks swim around while I eat.

We are so busy with our lives today that we don’t take time out to appreciate the simplicity of nature.
